Horrible... Extremely hard to log into, couldn't get assistance with anything.
Easy to use. This app has really helped me out when needing health information or when I have medical questions. The real live time chat with am MD is really nice to have.
Deleted the app after first use. Company changed from teladoc to cirrus. Biggest mistake. Doctors will only recommend otc treatments. Do not ask enough questions. Needed antibiotics and was told to just use mucinex and flonase for respiratory infection. Went to walk in clinic after and was given antibiotics and steroid pack. Communication is by text only, no options to speak over phone or over video chat like Teledoc.
Waste of time You could get the same help by just calling the Pharmacy. They won't do the simplest thing and say, since they can't check you out personally, they aren't able to help. Just buy a book instead and save the time.
It was helpful at first, but now I need it and cant log in. Super frustrating!
Was helpful for a couple months, since my psychiatrist is barely available. I have spoken with over 4 different doctors through that time period, who were all respectful and I had no problems with. The last doctor was fairly rude and said since I technically had a main psychiatrist, I shouldn't even be using the app, even though no other doctor on the app had ever told me it was for "emergencies only", and said I shouldn't use it anymore unless otherwise, as if not having my meds isnt important.
Won't work at all

Currently can't log on at all. I tried forgot password and I get an error message. I tried to contact them and no one is available. It sent a message for when someone is and I'm still waiting. Meanwhile I have a message from a doctor I can't look at.
I spoke to a doctor several times on here and it was the most helpful app with doctors that I have ever used! I sent pics of my issue and they even called in a script! Other times it wasnt easy to send a pic of my ailment but they were still able to help. Thx to my Job Target and to app devs!!!
